The podcast needed a logo and brand identity that would work seamlessly across audio platforms, social media, merchandise, signage, and web. It had to strike the balance between a classic sports aesthetic and future-proof flexibility for brand growth. Alongside this, the show required a website designed for both podcast consumption and e-commerce functionality to support merchandise sales.

We developed a bold, sports-inspired logo and brand system with the flexibility to expand across all touchpoints. Visual guidelines ensured consistency across merch, in-studio signage, and digital channels. On the production side, we built a dedicated website with an intuitive user experience: podcast episodes (audio and video) were easy to browse, and e-commerce integration allowed for a smooth merch launch. We also designed and managed the full podcast production pipeline - recording in a custom built studio, editing, and distributing weekly episodes with a polished, professional finish.

The podcast launched into the Top 100 in Australia and consistently drew 20–30k weekly downloads, quickly cementing its place in the sports and culture space. High-profile guests included Gary Vaynerchuk, Frank Grillo, Adam Gotsis, and Andrew Gaze, further boosting the show’s credibility and reach. The recognisable brand identity rolled out across merch, signage, and digital channels created a strong, unified presence. The podcast went on to partner with some of the biggest brands in the world including Disney, JBL, Manscaped and CBCo Brewing.
