The vision was clear: create a podcast brand and ecosystem that felt confident, playful, and unapologetically honest - just like its host. The challenge was to carve out a distinctive identity in a crowded podcast landscape, with a look and feel that worked seamlessly across every touchpoint: audio platforms, video, socials, merchandise, press kits, and sponsor decks.


We developed a retro-inspired visual identity with warm tones and playful iconography, giving the brand instant recognition and personality. The podcast set was custom-built in our studio in collaboration with interior designers, creating a visually striking backdrop for every episode and social clip.Alongside branding, we:
- Designed and launched a custom-built Shopify e-commerce site for merchandise and community engagement
- Produced every episode end-to-end, including video, audio, editing, and distribution
- Managed social strategy and execution across Instagram and TikTok
- Created branded sponsorship decks and assets to support growth
The result was a cohesive ecosystem where every detail, from the set to the social clips, reinforced the brand.


Tell Me More launched straight into the #1 spot in Society & Culture and the Top 3 overall podcasts in Australia on Spotify. Season one delivered 1M+ downloads, and season two has more than doubled impressions across all platforms. The brand has built a loyal, fast-growing community with:
- Nearly 2M total downloads (with episodes often hitting hundreds of thousands each)
- Millions of impressions per month on Spotify
- 8.4M+ video views and 12,000+ social followers
- A hugely successful merchandise launch via Shopify
